Registration_Form_2011.pdf -- updated for 2011, this form should be turned into the board.  It includes detailed information about dues payments.  Please turn this in at our General Membership Meeting in the fall.

FCPS Emergency Care Form - yes this same form that you have turned in dozens of times over the years -- the Board needs 3 copies so we can always have each rower's emergency care information handy.  Please bring these to the General Membership Meeting in the fall as well.

Fairfax County 2010-2011 Participation Form -- This form is due to the school's athrletic department by October 27.

Virginia HS League Participation Form -- This is the form for the sports physical that must be on file with the school.  You only need to submit this form to the school once a year, and it must be referring to a physical that takes place after May 30, 2010.  For crew participation, the deadline to turn this is the end of October.
