Fairfax Crew Receives $1000 Grant
Apr 24, 2019 - The FHS Crew Team was honored to receive one of over 70 Thomas R. Brown Athletics Grants for $1,000 from California Casualty this week. The grant, begun in 2011, is "named after California Casualty Chairman Emeritus Tom Brown, who is a firm believer that lessons taught on the playing field – teamwork, confidence and sportsmanship – help develop youth who are more engaged in the classroom and the community." Our team is the first crew team to receive the award. Thank you, California Casualty!!!
