All forms and training must be complete before athletes can practice. You can also make your dues payments using a credit card or PayPal account by using the payment buttons below.
Registration Forms
These forms for the 2024-2025 season are required before the start of athletic participation. Additionally, please review the Team Handbook.

Sports/athletics physical form
This link takes you to the FHS sports web site where you can download the form. If you participated in a Fairfax HS Fall or Winter Sport; OR participated in the Spring Physicals conducted at the School back in June, then your form should already be on file with us. TURN THESE INTO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE. Because these forms contain private health information, we cannot take them. You must email them to FHS Trainer Amanda Johnston (AEJohnston@fcps.edu) or turn them in directly to the Athletic office at FHS.

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION
(includes Concussion Ed. and Emergency Care Form)
Use the FCPS athletics registration site: https://fairfax-ar.rschooltoday.com/ to register your athlete for crew, then both the rower and parent must complete the concussion education.

US rowing/vasra required items
Please go to https://membership.usrowing.org/ to join or renew membership in US Rowing ($25 per year) and to sign the US Rowing waiver form. USRowing code for Fairfax Crew is Z3PB6. Both are due in January 2024. Athletes turning 18 or older during the season must also complete Safe Sport training as part of their US Rowing membership.

Only for new rowers - must be complete before going on the water for Learn to Row days or spring water training.
Dues Payments
Fairfax Crew’s annual dues are based upon projected team size, coach salaries, equipment needs, and other factors. The goal is to keep dues as low as possible while meeting current and future obligations. There will be four payments for the 2024-2025 season:
Payment 1 - $TBD Due on October TBD
Payment 2 - $TBD Due on November TBD
Payment 3 - $TBD Due on January TBD
Payment 4 - $TBD Due on February TBD
Please submit payment via PayPal using the payment buttons below. Our PayPal email is fairfaxcrewpaypal@gmail.com. Please note, there is an additional processing fee when using PayPal.
If it is not possible or you do not want to use PayPal, please email our Treasurer (treasurer@fairfaxcrew.org) to arrange drop-off or mailing of payment. Once paid, no portion of dues payments is refundable regardless of circumstance.
