All forms and training must be complete before athletes can practice.  You can also make your dues payments using a credit card or PayPal account by using the payment buttons below.
 

Registration Forms 

These forms for the 2020-2021 season are required before the start of athletic participation.  Additionally, please review the Team Handbook.

Fairfax CRew Registration form

This form requires a signature. You may draw your signature in the PDF, insert a date and time stamped digital signature, or print, sign, and scan before submitting.

Sports/athletics physical form

If you participated in a Fairfax HS Fall or Winter Sport; OR participated in the Spring Physicals conducted at the School back in June, then your form should already be on file with us.  TURN THESE INTO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE.   Because these forms contain private health information, we cannot take them.  You must turn them in directly to the Athletic office at FHS.

Concussion education - Online training

Both the rower and parent are required to take this training. Parents are no longer to print and submit the concussion form to the FHS Activities Office. Instead, you must submit your concussion education form using the new FCPS athletics registration site: https://fairfaxhighsports.org/  The new student registration link can be found in the quick links.

US rowing/vasra required items

Please go to https://membership.usrowing.org/ to join or renew membership in US Rowing and to sign the US Rowing waiver form. Both must be done annually.

- New Rowers - Minimum is to watch the first 27 minutes.

Only for new rowers - must be complete before going on the water for Learn to Row days or spring water training.

 

Dues Payments

Fairfax Crew’s annual dues are based upon projected team size, coach salaries, equipment needs, and other factors. The goal is to keep dues as low as possible while meeting current and future obligations. There are four payments for the 2020 - 2021 season:

  • $300 non-refundable payment for winter conditioning, due January 7, 2021

  • $267 payment due April 1, 2021

  • $267 payment due May 1, 2021

  • $266 payment due June 1, 2021

Please submit payment via PayPal using the payment buttons below. Our PayPal email is fairfaxcrewpaypal@gmail.com. Please note, there is an additional processing fee when using PayPal.

 

If it is not possible or you do not want to use PayPal, please email our Treasurer (treasurer@fairfaxcrew.org) to arrange mailing of payment. Once paid, no portion of dues payments is refundable regardless of circumstance. We have structured the pay schedule in order to be responsive to the changing conditions of COVID-19.
