Fill out required forms

The following forms are required to join Fairfax Crew or sign up for Learn-to- Row/Green Days in the fall 2026:

1. Rower Information Form (requires student and parent signatures)
2. Fairfax High Final Forms (All parents with students registered in grades 9-12 will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms. These emails will be delivered to the email address associated with the enrolling parent. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if the FinalForms email landed there. All athletic forms must be filled and completed, including a physical form by a medical health professional.)

Complete No-Stress Swim Test

The next swim test will be held in September.

The requirements to pass are outlined in the swim test form. If you cannot take the swim test on this date, you must wear a life jacket while on the water until you pass the swim test.

Complete Registration

Ready to join the team? Once you have submitted all of the above forms, fill out the Fairfax Crew Team Agreement (form requires student and parent signatures) and you're officially a rower! In this agreement, you agree to the policies outlined in the Fairfax Crew Team Handbook.

As a member of Fairfax Crew, you'll have to pay dues. Scholarships and alternative payment plans are available. For more information about dues, click here.
